锦界煤矿智能矿山自动化开采技术与应用

摘    要:我国现阶段新能源开发技术无法满足国民经济发展对能源需求的特点,决定了煤炭资源短期内仍是无法被取代的资源,当下急需对煤炭开采技术升级,通过自动化、智能化安全、经济、高效的开采方式,实现能源可持续发展。国家能源集团正努力建设具有全球竞争力的世界一流能源集团,选择神东锦界煤矿作为智能矿山自动化开采项目试点,共包括1个平台,2个系统建设及21个子系统自动化改造和IT基础设施建设。通过集中控制、远程干预、视频拼接的手段,实现了仅需人员巡视的综采工作面自动化作业。介绍了集控系统功能,通过对集控系统控制下工作面、泵站、监控等设备进行升级,实现工作面三机记忆割煤和跟机移架、泵站自动加、卸载和停泵以及工作面无死角监控的功能。提出了“十二工步”自动割煤工艺,通过设置自动化割煤区间和两端三角煤折返点,实现采煤机在指定点执行规定割煤动作。实践表明,综采工作面自动化开采可以保护从业人员安全健康,提高设备作业效率,实现煤矿由劳动密集型向技术密集型转变;通过“机械化换人、自动化减人”保障矿井安全生产,社会效益显著。

Abstract:China′s new energy development technology at this stage can not meet the characteristics of energy demand of national economic development,which determines that coal resources are still irreplaceable resources in the short term.At present,there is an urgent need to upgrade coal mining technology,and realize energy sustainable development through automatic,intelligent,safe,economic and efficient mining methods.National Energy Group is striving to build a world-class energy group with global competitiveness.Jinjie Coal Mine in Shendong is selected as the pilot project of intelligent mine automation mining,including one platform,two system construction,automation transformation of 21 subsystems and it infrastructure construction.By means of centralized control,remote intervention and video splicing,the automatic operation of fully-mechanized coal mining face with only personnel inspection is realized.This paper introduces the functions of the centralized control system.By upgrading the working face,pump station,monitoring and other equipment under the control of the centralized control system,it realizes the functions of three machine memory coal cutting and moving with the machine,automatic loading,unloading and stopping of the pump station,and no dead angle monitoring of the working face.The"Twelve Steps"automatic coal cutting process is proposed.By setting the automatic coal cutting interval and triangle coal return points at both ends,the shearer can perform the specified coal cutting action at the specified point.The practice shows that the automatic mining of fully-mechanized working face can protect the safety and health of employees,improve the efficiency of equipment operation,realize the transformation of coal mine from labor-intensive to technology intensive,and ensure the safety production of coal mine through"mechanized replacement and automatic reduction",with significant social benefits.
