摘    要:为了改善煤矿安全生产过程中无法精准监测甲烷、氧气浓度导致生产安全性低的缺陷,设计了基于云计算技术的煤矿安全生产监测系统。系统利用传感器采集井下安全生产数据,将数据传送至处理器中,利用无线通信网络传送数据至服务器,服务器将数据传送至煤矿安全生产监测软件系统,软件系统中的云端数据库利用数据挖掘方法以及甲烷浓度变化预测模型获取各项井下安全生产各项指标,并将监测结果通过Web服务器传送至监测指挥中心。系统测试结果表明,该系统可实现井下生产过程中温度、湿度、甲烷浓度等各项指标的有效监测,便于煤矿企业管理人员依据监测结果制定决策。

Abstract:In order to improve the defect of low production safety caused by the inability to accurately monitor the concentration of methane and oxygen in the process of coal mine safety production,a coal mine safety production monitoring system based on cloud computing technology was designed.The system used sensors to collect underground safety production data,transmitted the data to the processor,used the wireless communication network to transmit the data to the server,and the server transmitted the data to the coal mine safety production monitoring software system.The cloud database in the software system used data mining methods and methane concentration change prediction model obtains various indicators of underground safety production,and transmitted the monitoring results to the monitoring command center through the Web server.The system test results showed that the system could effectively monitor various indicators such as temperature,humidity,and methane concentration in the underground production process,which was convenient for coal mining enterprise managers to make decisions based on the monitoring results.
