煤矿带式输送机胶带纵向撕裂检测与保护系统研究

摘    要:带式输送机是煤矿中的重要运输装备,运行过程中胶带不可避免地会出现撕裂问题,进而影响设备的运行可靠性。基于先进的图像分析处理技术,设计了胶带纵向撕裂检测与保护系统,主要是利用工业摄像机配合使用光源对煤流表面以及胶带表面进行取样,然后利用算法程序对图像进行处理后,分析煤流表面异物以及胶带表面裂纹情况。当系统检测发现存在异物或裂纹时,会在监视墙画面中进行弹窗警告,同时发出声光报警以提示工作人员及时进行处理,判断是否需要对带式输送机进行停机处理。将设计的纵向撕裂检测与保护系统部署到煤矿工程实践中,经应用发现功能良好,可有效规避胶带出现纵向撕裂问题,为煤矿企业创造了良好的安全和经济效益。

Abstract:Belt conveyor is an important transportation equipment in coal mines.During operation,the belt will inevitably be torn,which will affect the reliability of equipment operation.Based on advanced image analysis and processing technology,a belt longitudinal tear detection and protection system is designed,mainly used industrial cameras and light sources to sample the coal flow surface and the belt surface,and then used algorithm programs to process the images and analyze the coal flow.Foreign matter on the surface and cracks on the belt surface.When the system detects that there are foreign objects or cracks,a pop-up warning will be displayed on the monitoring wall screen,and an audible and visual alarm will be issued to prompt the staff to deal with it in time to determine whether the belt conveyor needs to be shut down.The designed longitudinal tearing detection and protection system is deployed in the practice of coal mine engineering,and it is found that the function is good after application,which can effectively avoid the longitudinal tearing problem of the belt,and create good safety and economic benefits for coal mining enterprises.
