高应力厚硬顶板巷道支护优化与应用

摘    要:为解决耿村矿高应力厚顶板回采巷道变形严重与维护难的问题,采用现场调查的方法研究了巷道围岩变形特征,采用理论分析的方法分析了巷道围岩变形的原因,提出了符合该矿高应力厚顶板巷道的“高预应力锚网喷+注浆+U型钢支架”的支护方案。高预应力锚网喷维护浅部围岩稳定并调动深部围岩承载能力,注浆封闭巷道围岩裂隙并增强巷道围岩整体稳定性,U型钢支架提高支护的承载能力。实践表明,优化方案对高应力厚顶板巷道围岩控制效果良好,保证了巷道的正常使用。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of serious deformation and difficult maintenance of roadway with high stress and thick roof in Gengcun Coal Mine,the deformation characteristics of roadway surrounding rock were studied by means of field investigation,and the causes of deformation of roadway surrounding rock were analyzed by means of theoretical analysis,and support scheme of the "high prestressing anchor net shotcrete + grouting + U" type of roadway with high stress and thick roof in Gengcun Coal Mine were put forward.The high prestressing anchor net shotcrete maintained the stability of shallow surrounding rock and mobilized the bearing capacity of deep surrounding rock.The grouting closed the cracks of surrounding rock and enhances the overall stability of surrounding rock.The U-shaped steel support improved the bearing capacity of support.Practice showed that the optimized scheme had good control effect on surrounding rock of high stress thick roof roadway and ensured the normal use of roadway.
