摘    要:己二酸是一种重要的煤基尼龙化工单体化学品,已广泛用于多个领域。介绍了己二酸的用途,简述了目前工业领域以硝酸为氧化剂生产己二酸的技术背景,主要存在所产生的氮氧化物有害尾气处理成本较高且处理不完全等问题,着重分析了近年来以环己烯为原料清洁合成己二酸的研究进展,包括一步、两步及三步氧化法,所用的清洁氧化剂包括过氧化氢、过氧化氢有机物、空气及氧气等,并对清洁合成己二酸的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Adipic acid,as an important coal-based nylon industry monomer chemical,had been widely used in many fields.The application of adipic acid was introduced,and then the current technical background of industrial production of adipic acid using nitric acid as oxidant was briefly described,the harmful exhaust gas like nitrogen oxides and the high-cost and incomplete process were the main problems.The research progresses of clean synthetic process of adipic acid by cyclohexene in recent years was introduced,including one-step,two-step and three-step oxidation method,and the clean oxidants included hydrogen peroxide,hydrogen peroxide organic matter,air,oxygen and so on.Moreover,the application prospects of clean cyclohexene of adipic acid were also discussed.
