综掘工作面通风除尘系统的数值模拟及应用

摘    要:为了优化综掘工作面的通风除尘方案,以三元煤矿2305掘进工作面为背景,通过应用气固两相流动理论,建立综掘工作面粉尘运移的数学模型和几何模型,利用数值模拟软件,对无除尘设施和有除尘措施下空间粉尘浓度的分布进行数值模拟,得出2种工况下的风流场的分布情况以及粉尘在该风流场作用下的空间分布和运移情况,并指出抽风除尘装置的吸尘罩应放置在掘进机摇臂右侧位置,为相似矿井综掘工作面粉尘治理提供了依据。

Abstract:To optimize the ventilation and dust removal scheme for the comprehensive excavation face,the mathematical model and geometric model of the flour dust migration in the comprehensive excavation work were established by using the gas-solid two-phase flow theory in the background of the 2305 tunneling face of Sanyuan Coal Mine.Using numerical simulation software,compared with the non-dusting facilities and the dust concentration distribution under the dust removal measures,the numerical simulation of the dust concentration distribution was carried out,and the distribution of the wind flow field under the two working conditions and the spatial distribution and migration of the dust under the action of the wind flow field were obtained.It was proposed that he dust hood should be placed on the right side of the rocker arm of the roadheader,which has provided a basis for the dust control of similar mines.
