煤矿安全量化管理系统设计

摘    要:为了提高煤矿安全生产管理水平,通过分析煤矿安全管理现状,结合安全量化管理方法,提出以安全量化管理系统来解决煤矿当前安全管理所面临的问题。确立了系统设计目标和设计思路,设计了系统总体架构和功能结构,对综合治理主要模块、PDCA循环管理应用、智能分析、安全评估等重要环节进行了详细论述,并指出了软件开发的主要技术路线。该系统以人为本,充分运用PDCA循环管理方法,通过贯通监测监控、隐患闭环管理、“三违”管理等安全生产管理“点”,构建煤矿安全生产管理“面”,并可通过安全管理评估指导现场工作,是煤矿提高安全管理水平的重要信息化手段之一。

Abstract:In order to improve the level of coal mine safety production management,this paper analysed the status quo of coal mine safety management and safety quantitative management method,and put forward coal mine safety quantitative management system to solve the problems faced by coal mine in current safety management.This paper discussed the design goal and the design idea and functional structure of the system,and discussed in detail integrated management modules,PDCA cycle management applications,intelligent analysis,security assessment and other important links.The system is people-oriented and fully utilized the PDCA cycle management method,and built a"face"of coal mine safety production management with some"points"of safety production management such as the monitoring system,hazard closed-loop management,three violations of management,and it can evaluate the safety management effect and is one of the important information methods for improving the coal mine safety management level.
