重大疫情下全省医疗废物管理现状与思考

《国家危险废物名录》明确规定，医疗废物属于危险废物，必须按照国家规定的危险废物处理要求，进行收集、运转、贮存、处置，不能随意混入生活垃圾，也不能直接就地填埋，以免病毒转移扩散和环境二次污染。医疗废物管理是医疗废物安全处置的重要保障，在分析河南医疗废物管理现状的基础上，面对突发重大疫情，就如何解决短板问题从优化设施布局减少处置风险、探索处理模式、完善管理体制和创新监管手段、强化外部监管水平等方面进行了分析。

Thinking on current situation of medical waste management in whole province under severe epidemic situation

"National hazardous waste list" clearly stipulates that medical waste belongs to hazardous waste，which must be collected，operated，stored and disposed in accordance with the national hazardous waste treatment requirements.It is not allowed to mix with domestic waste at will，nor can it be directly buried on site，so as to avoid virus transfer and spread and secondary environmental pollution.Medical waste management is an important guarantee for the safe disposal of medical waste.Based on analysis of the current situation of medical waste management in Henan Province，in the face of a major outbreak，this paper analyzed how to solve the short board problem from the aspects of optimizing the layout of facilities，reducing the risk of disposal，exploring the treatment mode，perfecting the management system and innovating the supervision means，and strengthening the external supervision level.
