深部矿井高应力巷道复合支护技术研究

摘    要:为了对深井高应力巷道进行科学有效支护,对平煤股份四矿北石门大弧板段巷道围岩岩性及复杂应力情况进行了分析,提出了用多层次强韧封层复合支护技术来解决围岩破碎、流变性强、难以支护问题。实践表明,采用复合支护体系进行修复,实施点→线→面施工工艺,增大了支护韧性和刚性,确保了巷道的支护稳定性。

Abstract:In order to make the supporting on the surrounding rock more scientific and more efficient in high-stress roadway of deep mine,through the analysis on lithology of roadway surrounding rock and complex stress of large arch segment in northern cross-cut of No.4 Coal Mine,the composite supporting technology of forming multi-level sealing layer with strong toughness was proposed to solve the problems of fractured surrounding rock,strong rheology of surrounding rock and the difficulty in surrounding rock supporting.Practices show that,toughness and rigidity of supporting were increased due to the application of composite supporting technology and construction technics of the "point-line-surface",the stability of the supporting roadway was also ensured.
