李阳煤矿瓦斯涌出规律分析及瓦斯抽采方案设计

摘    要:李阳煤矿为兼并重组整合矿井,矿井瓦斯涌出量较大,历年鉴定均为高瓦斯矿井,按照国家相关规定,必须对矿井进行瓦斯抽采。通过瓦斯涌出量预测及规律分析,并结合近年来瓦斯抽采的成功经验,制订了以“本煤层、邻近层和采空区瓦斯抽采为主”的瓦斯抽采方案,预计了矿井瓦斯抽采量,评价了瓦斯抽采效果,相关指标均能符合安全生产行业标准的规定。实践证明,该方案抽采效果明显,提高了矿井安全程度,可为同类矿井瓦斯抽采提供借鉴意义。

Abstract:Liyang Coal Mine is a mine of merger and reorganization,which has a relatively high volume of gas emission and was identified high gas mine in the past years. Gas extraction must be carried out according to the relevant regulations of China.In this paper,the gas extraction solution of "main areas of current seam,adjacent seam and goaf" was made and the quantity of extraction was predicted,and the extraction effects were evaluated according to the prediction and analysis of gas emission and also the basement on some successful extraction experience. The relevant indicators were all conformed the standardization of work safety. The practical results show that the extraction effect was obviously well and prompted the safety degree of mine,which has reference value for similar problems.
