煤层气井解堵技术研究

摘    要:针对煤层气井采气通道堵塞引起的产气效果不佳问题,分析了国内部分地质条件好的区域内低产井主要原因及目前常用解堵技术手段,提出了高能流体解堵技术方法。并进行了高能流体压裂、疏通、清理工艺技术过程研究,取得了工艺过程中所采用参数的匹配、解堵效果评价等基础资料。通过对高能流体解堵技术方法的实际应用,对个别低产井有一定的增产效果,为解决当前煤层气井低产的现状提供了资料。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of poor gas production caused by blockage of gas channel in coalbed methane wells,the main reasons for low-yield wells in some areas with good geological conditions in China and the commonly used techniques for plugging plugging were analyzed.The high-energy fluid plugging technology method was proposed.The technical process of high-energy fluid fracturing,dredging and cleaning process was studied,and basic data such as matching of parameters used in the process and evaluation of plugging effect were obtained.Through the practical application of the high-energy fluid deblocking technology method,it had certain stimulation effect on individual low-yield wells,and provided information for solving the current situation of low-production of CBM wells.
