岩巷锚网支护工艺改革研究与应用

摘    要:鹤煤公司岩巷锚网支护工艺长期采用先锚后喷的施工工艺,这种支护工艺存在着明显的缺点,导致巷道前掘后垮,未用先修,浪费大量人力物力,导致接替紧张,灾害治理措施无法有效实施。以鹤煤三矿4204底板抽采巷(下)为研究对象,根据该巷道具体的地质条件,对施工工艺、支护参数及循环作业方式进行优化。通过现场实践表明,巷道成型面貌较好,位移量较原施工工艺有大幅下降,日进尺也有提高,有效缓解了矿井采掘紧张的局面,为同类型地质条件矿井提供了参考。

Abstract:The bolting with wire mesh in rock roadway of Hebi Coal & Electricity Co.,Ltd.has long adopted the construction technology of first bolting and then shotcreting,this kind of support technology has obvious shortcomings, which leads to the collapse of the tunnel before excavation and without repair, wastes a lot of manpower and material resources, leads to the shortage of replacement, and the disaster control measures cannot be effectively implemented.Taking 4204 floor extraction roadway (bottom) in Hebi Coal No.3 coal mine as the research object,according to the specific geological conditions of the tunnel, the construction technology, support parameters and circulation operation mode are optimized,the field practice shows that the roadway has a good shape, the displacement is greatly reduced compared with the original construction technology, and the daily footage is also improved, which effectively eases the situation of mining tension,and provides a reference for mines with the same type of geological conditions.
