| 摘 要： | 师资能力是党校教育事业的根本要素，从基于培训体系的师资库建设研究框架的要素与结构出发，构建出党校师资库胜任力模型，该模型由“党校授课师资胜任力模型”和“师资库授课知识结构”2部分组成，同时研究了党校研究人员的能力模型和党校师资胜任力评价体系。结构模型为党校师资库建设提供了重要的方法论启示。

| Abstract: | Teachers′competence is the fundamental element of Party school education.Starting from the elements and structure of the research framework of teacher database construction based on the training system，this paper constructed a competency model of Party school teachers′ database，which consisted of two parts:the competency model of Party school teachers and the knowledge structure of teacher database.At the same time，the competency model of Party school researchers and the competency evaluation system of Party school teachers were studied.The structural model provided important methodological enlightenment for the construction of teachers′bank in Party schools. |
