矿井长钻孔随钻轨迹测量技术研究

摘    要:针对煤矿井下长钻孔轨迹测量的问题,采用了2种长钻孔随钻轨迹测量方法,可用于煤矿井下水平钻孔或定向钻孔无缆随钻测斜,随钻测量并记录钻进方向的倾角、方位角;对最小曲率法、均角全距法的钻孔轨迹数据计算方法进行了研究,分析了钻孔轨迹测量中常见的误差原因及校正误差的方法,通过实测钻孔轨迹数据分析钻孔轨迹测量数据分析方法与测量效果。通过理论与实测数据研究得出,该随钻钻孔轨迹测量技术与误差校正方法提高了钻孔轨迹测量精度,能够很好地用于矿井长钻孔的轨迹测量。

Abstract:In view of the problem of long borehole trajectory measurement in coal mine,two long drilling trajectory measurement methods were adopted,which can be used to measure and record the inclination angle and azimuth angle of the horizontal drilling or directional drilling without cable,and the drilling trajectory data including the minimum curvature method and the mean angle total distance method were carried out.The study of the calculation method has carried on the research of the common error causes and correction errors in the borehole trajectory measurement.Through the measured borehole trajectory data,the data analysis method and the effect of the borehole trajectory measurement were analyzed.Through the theoretical and measured data,it was considered that the drilling trajectory measurement technology and the error correction method were proposed.Higher drilling trajectory measurement accuracy,can be used to mine borehole trajectory measurement.
