摘    要:矿用带式输送机是常用的矿藏开发工具,广泛应用在选煤厂、铁矿等工程,分析了矿用带式输送机常见的跑偏故障机理以及影响因素,并在此基础之上,总结了相应的纠偏方法,通过对纠偏原理、纠偏实施策略2个方面进行了矿用带式输送机纠偏的改进,并对纠偏系统在某煤炭传送中进行实际验证。结果表明,使用本文总结的纠偏方法可以大幅度提升煤炭的传输效果,可为后续相关工程应用提供借鉴。

Abstract:The mining belt conveyor is a commonly used tool for mineral development,which is widely used in coal preparation plants,iron ore and other projects.The common deviation mechanism and influencing factors of mining belt conveyors were analyzed in this paper.This paper summarized the corresponding deviation correction methods,improved the deviation correction of mining belt conveyor from two aspects of deviation correction principle and deviation correction implementation strategy,and verified the deviation correction system in a coal conveying,and on this basis,summarizing the corresponding correction methods,the deviation of the mining belt conveyor was improved through two aspects:the principle of correction and the implementation strategy of correction.Through the actual verification of the correction system in a coal conveying,the results showed that the application of correction method summarized in this article can greatly improve the coal transmission effect,and the results can provide reference for subsequent related engineering applications.
