带式输送机智能控制系统研究与应用

为了提高选煤厂带式输送机的安全运输、降低运输能耗，研究了选煤厂带式输送机控制系统整体结构，主要由各种传感器、电机、变频器和PLC控制器构成；分析了PLC控制模块工作流程，对系统的硬件的各类传感器进行了选型，并设计了PLC控制器、变频器及上位机；研究了系统软件部分，软件采用S7-1200 PLC获取各传感器的信号数据，将信号数据上传到组态软件IFIX上，实现远程控制、绘制历史曲线等。带式输送机智能控制系统提高了煤炭运输工作效率、降低了生产成本。

Research and application of intelligent control system for belt conveyor

In order to improve the safety transportation and reduce the energy consumption of the belt conveyor in coal preparation plant，the overall structure of the belt conveyor control system in coal preparation plant was studied，which was mainly composed of various sensors，motors，frequency converters and PLC controllers.This paper analyzed the working process of PLC control module，to select various sensors of the system hardware，and designed PLC controller，frequency converter and upper computer.The software part of the system was studied.The software used S7-1200 PLC to obtain the signal data of each sensor，and to upload the signal data to the configuration software IFIX to realize remote control and draw historical curve.The research improved the efficiency of coal transportation and reduces the production cost.
