长距离压力输水管道水锤防护技术研究

针对当前长距离压力输水管道断流弥合水锤防护问题，提出从水量控制、防护控制和技术措施等方面进行控制。对水锤以及其危害进行了深入的阐述；就当前农业用长距离输水管道中水锤防护现状分析，认为目前长距离输水中最为严重的是断流弥合水锤问题，而当前大部分都是通过排气等技术措施来实施。在上述现状的基础上，引入水量控制模型，并通过相关的辅助措施，进而完成对水锤问题的防护。通过工程实例，应用缓闭止回阀+缓冲排气阀+箱式双向调压塔的防护方案，达到将输水管线的断流弥合水锤升压降至管道承压范围之内，确保了管线的安全运行。研究为长距离压力输水管道水锤防护工作提供参考。

Research on water hammer protection technology for long distance pressure water pipeline

In view of the current long-distance pressure water pipeline cut-off to bridge the water hammer protection problem，it was proposed to control the water volume control，protection control and technical measures.First，the water hammer and its hazards were discussed in depth.According to the analysis of the current situation of water hammer protection in long-distance water transmission pipelines for agriculture，it was believed that the most serious problem of current long-distance water transmission is the problem of water hammer that bridges the flow of water.Part of it is implemented through technical measures such as exhaust.In this regard，on the basis of the above-mentioned status quo，a water control model was introduced and related auxiliary measures were adopted to complete the prevention of water hammer problems.Through engineering examples，the protection scheme of slow-closing check valve + buffer exhaust valve + box-type two-way pressure regulating tower is used to achieve the cut-off of the water pipeline to bridge the water hammer pressure rise to the pressure range of the pipeline，and to ensure safe operation of pipelines.The research has provided reference for water hammer protection in long-distance pressure water pipelines.
