地层亏空对压裂效果的影响及其对策研究

摘    要:体积压裂是低渗、特低渗油藏增储上产的利器,在国内外多个油田进行了现场试验及优化实施,取得了良好的开发效果。但同时暴露出压裂干扰的问题,在地层亏空的区域,压裂干扰直接影响新井压裂改造效果,同时影响老井生产效果。为了将地层亏空对压裂干扰的影响降到最低,通过对地层亏空影响压裂效果的机理现场应用实例的深入分析,针对性地提出了治理措施,在玛东2井区乌尔禾组砾岩油藏的体积压裂的应用中表现出较好的压裂效果。结果表明,老井地层亏空严重影响新井压裂改造的效果,通过老井注水/注汽形成应力隔挡、调整新井压裂顺序等措施可以显著改善体积压裂效果,为今后类似油藏压裂改造提供重要依据。

Abstract:Volume fracturing is a powerful tool for increasing reserves and production in low-permeability and ultra-low-permeability reservoirs.Field tests and optimized implementation have been carried out in many oil fields,and good development results have been achieved.However,at the same time,the problem of fracturing interference is exposed.In areas where the formation is deficient,fracturing interference directly affects the fracturing effect of new wells and affects the production effect of old wells.In order to minimize the influence of formation deficits on fracturing interference,the mechanism of formation deficiency affecting fracturing effect is deeply analyzed,and targeted measures are proposed.As a result,it shows a good fracturing effect in the Wuerhe Formation conglomerate reservoir of the Madong 2 well area.The results show that the formation deficit of old wells seriously affects the effect of fracturing reformation of new wells.Measures such as forming stress barriers through water/steam injection in old wells and adjusting the fracturing sequence of new wells can significantly improve the effect of volume fracturing.The transformation provides an important reference for fracturing of similar reservoirs in the future.
