基于W型的高精度超声波热量表的设计

摘    要:热计量是供热改革的关键和重要手段,为了全面提高热量表的精确度,设计了一种以超低功耗芯片MSP430为CPU的超声波热量表。采用高精度时间计数器TDC-GP22芯片为综合处理芯片,接收和处理铂电阻传感器PT1000和超声波换能器的测量数据。在W型基表结构上,针对传统的时差法测量流量时,超声波传播速度受温度影响的复杂非线性变化,提出了一种基于增量式BP神经网络的温度补偿算法。在行业标准环境中测试表明:热量表精度高、功耗低、有良好的市场应用前景。

Abstract:Heat metering is the key and important means for heating reform,in order to improve accuracy of the heat meter,designed an ultrasonic heat meter based on low-power MSP430 chips.Comprehensive processing chip with high precision time counter TDC-GP22,receive and process data from PT1000 platinum resistance sensors and ultrasonic transducer.W-base table structure,for the time difference between the traditional method for measuring flow,nonlinear variation of ultrasonic wave propagation velocity of temperature influence,this paper proposes a temperature compensation algorithm based on incremental BP neural network.In industry standard tests showed that:the heat meter with high precision and low power consumption,have good market prospects.
