综采面顺层钻孔瓦斯抽放消突技术研究

摘    要:成庄矿为了消除煤层的突出危险性,安全有效地开采井下3号煤层4311综采面,采用顺层钻孔预抽该综采面回采区域煤层瓦斯。成庄矿4311综放面作为试验区进行了消突措施、消突效果技术研究,在该综采面预抽煤层瓦斯过程中以及抽放结束后,进行煤层残余瓦斯含量测定,并对该综采面煤层区域进行预抽煤层瓦斯抽采效果达标和消突效果达标评判。上述措施确保了该矿综采面4311的高产高效安全生产,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:In order to eliminate the outburst danger of coal seam,and to safely and effectively mine 4311 fully-mechanized coal mining face under No.3 coal seam in Chengzhuang Coal Mine,boreholes along layer method were used to pre-drain the coal seam gas in this fully-mechanized working face.The 4311 fully-mechanized caving face of Chengzhuang Coal Mine was used as the experimental area to conduct outburst elimination measures and technical research on outburst prevention effects.During the pre-drainage of coal seam gas in the fully-mechanized working face and after the end of the drainage,the residual gas content of coal seam gas was measured,and in the coal seam area of the fully-mechanized working face,the residual gas content of coal seam gas was determined,and the gas drainage effect and outburst elimination effect of pre-drainage coal seam were evaluated.The above measures have ensured the high yield,high efficiency and safety production of 4311 fully-mechanized working face in the mine,and good economic benefits were obtained.
