| 摘 要： | 为了全力保障人民群众生命财产安全，最大限度避免和减少因地质灾害造成的损失，研究了贵州省盘州市地质灾害防治技术，分析了地质灾害现状，主要包括隐患点、灾情情况，大型、特大型地质灾害隐患情况，地质灾害趋势预测等；研究了重点区域防治工作，主要包括地质灾害调查评价、监测预警、应急管理体系建设及地质灾害综合治理工程，并分析了盘州市地质灾害防治措施及要求。此次研究维护了盘州市社会稳定，促进了经济发展。

| Abstract: | In order to ensure the safety of people′s lives and property，to avoid and reduce the losses caused by geological disasters to the greatest extent，this paper studied the geological disaster prevention and control technology in Panzhou City，Guizhou Province，and analyzed the current situation of geological disasters，including hidden danger points，disaster situations，large-scale.The hidden dangers of super-large geological disasters，the prediction of geological disaster trends，etc.；it also researched the prevention and control of key areas，mainly including the investigation and evaluation of geological disasters，monitoring and early warning，emergency management system construction and comprehensive geological disaster management projects，and analysed the prevention and control measures and requirements of geological disasters in Panzhou City.This study has maintained the social stability of Panzhou City and promoted the economic development. |
