摘    要:随着我国城市轨道交通建设的快速发展,高架桥梁是城市轨道交通最常见的结构物,经过多年运营后桥梁会出现支座脱空、螺栓损坏、转角超限、钢板变形等影响运营安全的病害。而支座的安全可靠直接关系到桥梁结构的安全可靠,一旦发生较严重病害,将严重影响桥梁的承载能力和使用寿命,甚至引起坍塌事故,支座病害对桥梁结构的运营构成了极大的安全隐患。在地铁运营期间更换支座存在一定的风险和难度,从运营地铁高架桥梁更换支座的方案论证、工艺工序、监测控制、运营恢复等方面出发,系统阐述了顶升技术在运营地铁高架桥梁更换支座中的具体应用。

Abstract:With the rapid development of urban rail transit construction in China,viaduct bridges are the most common structures of urban rail transit.After years of operation,bridges will suffer from such diseases as bearing disengaging,bolt damage,corner overrun,steel plate deformation,etc.that affect the operation safety.However,the safety and reliability of the bearing is directly related to the safety and reliability of the bridge structure.Once a serious disease occurs,it will seriously affect the bearing capacity and service life of the bridge,and even cause a collapse accident.Therefore,the bearing disease constitutes a great potential safety hazard for the operation of the bridge structure.There are certain risks and difficulties in bearing replacement during subway operation.This paper systematically expounded the specific application of jacking technology in bearing replacement of operating subway viaducts from aspects such as scheme demonstration,technological process,monitoring control,operation recovery,etc.
