摘    要:针对煤矿井下生产来说,粉尘浓度过高容易引发工作人员患肺部疾病,造成粉尘爆炸灾害,威胁工作人员的生命安全,造成巨大的经济损失,如何对粉尘浓度进行精准监测至关重要。提出了基于物联网技术的煤矿井下粉尘浓度监测方法。引入物联网技术,搭建煤矿井下物联网组织架构,选取适当的粉尘浓度传感器,以此为基础,获取粉尘浓度监测数据,通过粉尘浓度监测数据处理与融合,获得最终粉尘浓度数值。综合最终粉尘浓度与煤矿井下生产环境温度,判定粉尘浓度是否超限,若粉尘浓度超限,设备开启声光预警,防止粉尘爆炸灾害的发生,从而实现了煤矿井下粉尘浓度的监测。实验结果表明,与对比方法相比,应用所提方法获得的粉尘浓度监测数据处理时间更短,粉尘浓度监测相对误差更小,充分证实了所提方法的粉尘浓度监测效果更佳。

Abstract:For the underground production of coal mine,too high dust concentration is easy to cause workers to suffer from lung diseases,cause dust explosion,threaten the life safety of workers and cause huge economic losses,how to accurately monitor the dust concentration is very important.This paper put forward the research on the monitoring method of underground dust concentration in coal mine based on Internet of things technology.The Internet of things technology was introduced to build the organizational structure of the underground Internet of things in the coal mine,and appropriate dust concentration sensors were selected as the basis to obtain the dust concentration monitoring data.The final dust concentration value was obtained through the processing and fusion of dust concentration monitoring data.Determine whether the dust concentration exceeds the limit based on the final dust concentration and the underground production environment temperature of the coal mine.If the dust concentration exceeds the limit,the equipment will turn on the audible and visual early warning to prevent the occurrence of dust explosion disaster,thus realizing the monitoring of dust concentration in the coal mine.The experimental results show that compared with the comparison method,the dust concentration monitoring data obtained by the proposed method has shorter processing time and smaller relative error,which fully proves that the dust concentration monitoring effect of the proposed method is better.
