摘    要:钻井泥浆体系的选择与施工中钻遇的地层密切相关,其性能指标影响钻井速度与孔壁的稳定,针对不同的地层采用不同体系的泥浆以求施工效益最大化,且保障施工质量。阿尔及利亚地区的地层复杂,钻井过程中依据地层变化采用的不同的泥浆工艺。另外,因为该地区泥浆处理剂紧缺,为降低泥浆处理剂成本加入淀粉进行部分替代,也能够增粘降失水。这些泥浆工艺可以为邻近地区或相似地层的钻井工程提供参考。

Abstract:The selection of drilling slurry system is closely related to the strata encountered during construction.Its performance indexes affect the drilling speed and the stability of the hole wall.Different systems of slurry are used for different strata to maximize the construction benefits and ensure the construction quality.The formation in Algeria is complex,and different slurry technologies are used according to the formation changes during drilling.In addition,due to the shortage of slurry treatment agent in this area,starch can be added to partially replace the mud treatment agent in order to reduce the cost of slurry treatment agent,which can also increase viscosity and reduce water loss.These slurry technologies can provide reference for drilling engineering in adjacent areas or similar formations.
