煤矸石处置与综合利用研究

摘    要:为了减少煤矸石、粉煤灰、尾矿、废石、弃渣等固体废物的产生量,研究了煤矸石处置与综合利用技术,分析了孝义市煤矸石的产生和堆存情况、煤矸石的危害以及现阶段煤矸石的综合利用情况,研究了煤矸石处置与综合利用技术思路,确保煤矸石科学、无害化堆存以及煤矸石能够综合利用。重点分析了规模化利用技术,主要为煤矸石生产免烧透水砖、透水珠技术,超低热值煤矸石的循环流化床锅炉技术技术,煤矸石制建筑陶瓷,煤矸石生产无机纤维保温材料技术,煤矸石制备复合保温砌块技术等,并研究了高值化利用技术以及煤矸石山治理与生态修复技术。研究可消耗大量粉煤灰、建筑垃圾等其他固废,提升了孝义市各类固废资源化利用率。

Abstract:In order to reduce the generation of solid wastes such as coal gangue,fly ash,tailings,waste rock,and waste slag,the technology of coal gangue disposal and comprehensive utilization has been studied,and the generation and storage of coal gangue in Xiaoyi City have been analyzed.The hazards of coal gangue and the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue at this stage,the technical ideas of coal gangue disposal and comprehensive utilization were studied,and the scientific and harmless storage of coal gangue and the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue were also studied.This paper focused on the large-scale utilization technology,mainly including the production of unburned permeable bricks and beads from coal gangue,the circulating fluidized bed boiler technology of ultra-low calorific value coal gangue,the production of building ceramics from coal gangue and the production of inorganic fiber thermal insulation materials from coal gangue,technology of preparing composite thermal insulation block from coal gangue,etc,The high value utilization technology and the treatment and ecological restoration technology of coal gangue hill were studied.The research can consume a large amount of other solid wastes such as fly ash,construction waste,and improve the utilization rate of various solid waste resources in Xiaoyi City.
