煤矿开采矿压显现规律及巷道支护技术

摘    要:为了分析矿井综采工作面不同复合顶板结构下开采岩压分布和显现特性,达到优化巷道支护设计的目的,采用理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,分析了复合顶板的结构特点及复合顶板开采效果。以陕西某矿井工作面为例,通过液压支架、巷道变形的现场监测数据,验证了理论研究的成果。结果表明,复合顶板中的软弱夹层在外力作用下极易破坏,夹层的矿压显现分布对顶板特性有重要影响。当软弱夹层位于顶板切割层范围中间时,巷道支护强度要求最高,当软弱夹层位于顶板切割层范围顶部时,巷道支护强度要求最低。

Abstract:In order to explore the distribution and appearance characteristics of rock pressure under different composite roof structures in fully-mechanized coal mining faces,and achieve the purpose of optimizing the roadway supporting design,a combination of mechanical analysis and numerical simulation is used to analyze the structural characteristics and mining effect of the composite roof.Taking the working face of a mine in Shanxi as an example,the results of theoretical research have been verified through the field monitoring data of hydraulic support and roadway deformation.The results show that the weak interlayer in the composite roof is extremely easy to be destroyed under the action of external force,and the apparent distribution of rock pressure in the interlayer has an important influence on the characteristics of the roof.When the weak interlayer is located in the middle of the roof cutting layer range,the roadway supporting strength requirement is the highest.When the weak interlayer is at the top of the roof cutting layer range,the roadway supporting strength requirement is the lowest.
