摘    要:采煤技术及采煤装备正在向高产高效、安全可靠、减人增效的趋势发展,煤矿企业生产已经由粗放型、分散型、人工型生产的模式逐步转变为集约化、大型化、自动化和无人化的方向发展。分析了前期综合自动化系统建设情况,基于此,采用自动化信息化融合技术,研究了万兆工业以太环网平台、基于GIS的“一张图”安全生产智能管控平台、智能化采煤工作面、矿井车辆运输大数据分析及科学调配系统、主煤流节能智能控制系统等。研究应用表明,该技术提高了矿井的综合自动化水平,取消了采煤工作面两巷超前支护支架,实现各固定岗位的无人值守。研究为类似矿井智能化建设提供了技术支持。

Abstract:The coal mining technology and equipment are developing towards the trend of high production,high efficiency,safety,reliability,reducing personnel and increasing efficiency.The production mode of coal mining enterprises has gradually changed from extensive,decentralized and artificial production to intensive,large-scale,automatic and unmanned development.This paper analyzes the construction of the comprehensive automation system in the early stage.Based on this,the use of automation and information integration technology has studied the 10 G industrial Ethernet ring network platform,the GIS-based "One Picture" intelligent management and control platform for safety production,and the intelligent coal mining face,Mine vehicle transportation big data analysis and scientific deployment system,main coal flow energy-saving intelligent control system,etc.The study concluded that the technology has improved the comprehensive automation level of the mine,eliminated the two-lane advance support brackets at the coal mining face,and realized the unattended operation of each fixed post.The research provides technical support for the intelligent construction of similar mines.
