一种极软煤质固液分离装置的研究

摘    要:对于坚固性系数f小于1.5的软煤层和极软煤层突出矿井,常采用高压水对钻孔内煤质冲击破坏,形成极细颗粒的煤泥水混合物后,需要对其进行固液分离,以分离出的煤泥量来评估钻孔冲孔质量。自然沉淀法效率低,人工劳动强度大,且污染巷道环境,传统直线筛筛分精度小于0.5 mm时易产生堵孔问题。为此研究了一种多维固液分离装置,物料在受力情况下会产生水平、竖直和倾斜的多维度动作,增加一些防堵孔功能,通过现场实验,该装置的筛分精度可以达到0.1 mm,筛分效率可以达到90%以上,分离出的煤泥含水量30%左右,为冲出煤泥的准确计量提供了保证,其工作原理和分离效果为极软煤质形成的极细黏性颗粒的分离提供了参考,具有明确的现实指导意义。

Abstract:For soft coal seam and extremely soft coal seam outburst mine with solidity coefficient f less than 1.5,high pressure water is often used to impact the coal quality in the borehole.After forming the mixture of coal slime and water with very fine particles,it is necessary to carry out solid-liquid separation,and the quality of borehole punching is evaluated by the amount of separated slime.The natural precipitation method has low efficiency,high labor intensity and pollution of roadway environment.When the screening accuracy of traditional linear screen is less than 0.5mm,the problem of hole blocking is easy to occur.Therefore,a multi-dimensional solid-liquid separation device is studied.The material will produce horizontal,vertical and tilt multi-dimensional action under stress,and some anti-blocking hole functions are added.Through field experiments,the screening accuracy of the device can reach 0.1mm,the screening efficiency can reach more than 90%,and the water content of the separated slime is about 30%.It provides a guarantee for the accurate measurement of outburst slime,and its working principle and separation effect provide a reference for the separation of very fine viscous particles formed by extremely soft coal,which has a clear practical guiding significance.
