基于物联网远程集中监控系统的煤矿掘进设备运行状态研究

摘    要:作业条件、设备故障等多种外界因素会导致煤矿掘进装备运行监测效果不佳,从而降低监测精度。为了提升监测效果,提出基于物联网远程集中监控的煤矿掘进装备运行状态方法。该方法首先建立了物联网远程集中监控系统,利用该系统对矿井掘进装备的运行状况、运行能力、作业指标等实行了监测记录,并从中获取了不同情况下的煤矿掘进装备运行状态,从而实现煤矿掘进装备运行状态的监测。实验结果表明,通过对该方法开展监测结果与实际结果对比测试、监测用时测试,验证了该方法的可靠性高、有效性强。

Abstract:A variety of external factors,such as working conditions and equipment failures,will lead to poor monitoring effect of coal mine tunneling equipment,thus reducing monitoring accuracy.In order to improve the monitoring effect,a method of coal mine tunneling equipment running status based on remote centralized monitoring of Internet of Things is proposed.The method first establishes the remote centralized monitoring system of the Internet of Things, uses the system to monitor and record the operation status, operation capacity, operation indicators, etc. of the mine tunneling equipment, and obtains the operation status of the mine tunneling equipment under different conditions, thus realizing the monitoring of the operation status of the mine tunneling equipment.The experimental results show that the method is highly reliable and effective by comparing the monitoring results with the actual results and the monitoring time test.
