摘    要:为了提高低压故障停机报警的准确性,缩短故障报告时间,设计了一种基于行波法的低压故障停机报警系统。系统接入层的功能是采用基于多点电流测量的输电线路行波故障定位方法检测低压台区低压故障信号,利用罗氏电流互感器获取低压下电流行波数据源,对比近邻TA中电流故障分类的相位关联性,以此定位故障范围;使用首级与第2级测点间线路段运算波速,使用双端行波运算获取故障距离。同时,接入层还具有报警电话的呼叫接入等功能。流程控制层能够设置停电报警的流程,根据低压故障定位结果进行自动报警;用户根据报警信息通过业务逻辑层输入相应控制指令。实验结果显示,该系统在不同故障类型条件、不同故障点条件下的精度均控制在27 m以下,显著低于设定阈值,停电报警时间控制在0.1 s以内。

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of low voltage fault shutdown alarm and shorten the fault reporting time,a low voltage fault shutdown alarm system based on traveling wave method was designed.The function of the system access layer was to detect the low-voltage fault signal in low-voltage substation area by using the traveling wave fault location method of transmission line based on multi-point current measurement,obtained the current traveling wave data source under low-voltage by using roche current transformer,and compared the phase correlation of current fault classification in the adjacent TA to locate the fault range;Using the line section between the first level and the second level measuring points to calculate the wave speed,and used the double ended traveling wave operation to obtain the fault distance.At the same time,the access layer also had the call access function of the alarm telephone.The process control layer could set the power failure alarm process,and automatically alarm according to the low-voltage fault location results;the user inputs corresponding control commands through the business logic layer according to the alarm information.The experimental results showed that the accuracy of the system under the conditions of different fault types and different fault points was controlled below 27 m,significantly lower than the set threshold,and the power failure alarm time was controlled within 0.1 s.
