刮板输送机变频驱动系统的应用研究

摘    要:刮板输送机是煤矿工作面中最关键的机电设备之一,其运行稳定性会对采煤效率产生重要影响。结合刮板输送机实际情况对其变频驱动系统进行了详细设计,系统可以对机头和机尾的电机转矩进行检测,并基于检测结果对机尾电机的输出功率进行调整,实现2个电机之间的功率平衡。启动阶段可根据系统内置的S形曲线模式实现软启动。系统中使用的PLC控制器、变频器以及传感器型号依次为S7-1200、VFD015C43A和LONGLV-WTQ803。将变频驱动系统部署到矿井工程实践中,现场测试发现取得了较好的效果,机头和机尾的电机功率可以实现协调与平衡,创造了良好的经济效益和安全效益。

Abstract:Scraper conveyor is one of the most critical electromechanical equipment in coal mining face,and its operation stability has an important impact on coal mining efficiency.This article combines the actual situation of the scraper conveyor with a detailed design of its variable frequency drive system.The system can detect the motor torque of the nose and tail,and adjust the output power of the tail motor based on the detection results to achieve the power balance between the two motors.In the start-up phase,the soft start can be realized according to the built-in "S" curve mode of the system.The PLC controller,inverter and sensor models used in the system are S7-1200,VFD015C43A and LONGLV-WTQ803 in sequence.Deploying the variable frequency drive system to mine engineering practice,on-site testing found that good results have been achieved.The motor power of the nose and tail can be coordinated and balanced,creating good economic and safety benefits.
