煤矿通风机监控系统应用研究

摘    要:以某煤矿的通风机监控系统为对象,对系统的设计及应用情况进行了详细研究。在对煤矿通风机系统布局进行简要概述的基础上,对其监控系统的整体方案进行了设计,系统可划分成为现场测量、基础控制和监控管理3大部分。从监控系统的硬件和软件程序2个层面进行了详细的介绍与研究,其中PLC控制器选用的是S7-200型。将设计的监控系统成功部署到了煤矿通风机工程实践中,对运行结果进行现场测试,发现使用监控系统后通风机的运行质量和效率均有了明显提升,矿井的温度、风速、瓦斯浓度均得到了改善,为煤矿生产安全奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract:Taking the fan monitoring system of a coal mine as the object,the design and application of the system were studied in detail.Based on a brief overview of the layout of the coal mine ventilator system,the overall scheme of the monitoring system was designed.The system could be divided into three parts: field measurement,basic control and monitoring management.The detailed introduction and research were carried out from the hardware and software program levels of the monitoring system,in which the PLC controller was the S7-200 type.The designed monitoring system was successfully deployed in the coal mine ventilator engineering practice,and the operating results were tested on site.It was found that the operating quality and efficiency of the ventilator were significantly improved after using the monitoring system,and the temperature,wind speed and gas concentration of the mine were all obtained.In order to improve,it had laid a good foundation for the safety of coal mine production.
