| 摘 要： | 煤矿事故的发生大多是由于人的不安全行为导致的,而人的不安全行为又受人的个性心理影响.从安全心理学的角度分析了矿工的个性心理特征及个性倾向性,探讨了掌握不同矿工的个性心理与提高煤矿安全管理的关系,对避免伤害和事故,促进煤矿安全生产具有一定的现实意义.

| Abstract: | Happening of coal mine accidents dues to people's unsafe actions,which are influenced by people's personality.At the angle of safety psychology,the miner's personality characteristics and individuality predisposition are analyzed;the relationship between mastering miners' different personality and improving coal mine safety management is discussed;the realistic meaning on avoiding injury and accident and promoting coal mine's safety production is included in this paper. |
