煤炭资源是一种可耗竭性资源,如何确定其合理的开采规模,实现可持续开发和利用已经引起政府和学术界的广泛关注.通过对煤炭开采规模影响因素如价格、开采率、成本、技术等及其相互关系的分析,首先引入技术进步因素,进而又引入煤炭开采引起的生态环境因素,对前期研究出的"矿产资源跨期优化模型"进行了扩展,为地区煤炭合理开采规模问题的深入研究奠定了一定的理论基础.

Study on Influential Factors of Coal Mining Scale and its Model

For the coal is an exhaustible resource, Determination of its rational mining scale, its sustainable exploitation and utilization have caught extensive attentions of governments and theorists. The paper analyses some influential factors and their in terrelations such as price, rate of exploration, cost, technology and so on, and then extends our time-inter-temporal optimization model by introducing factors of technology improvement and ecology-environment. This establishes the certain theorical foundation for deeply researching the problem of rational coal mining scale in a region.
