煤巷锚杆新型高效减摩垫片的研发

摘    要:介绍了煤巷锚杆预紧力国内外现状,分析了锚杆预紧力的影响因素,在详细分析我国现有锚杆预紧力施加情况的基础上研制开发了煤巷锚杆新型高效减摩垫片,使锚杆的预紧力比现有锚杆提高了1倍以上,300N.m安装扭矩下锚杆预紧力可达锚杆屈服载荷的50%以上,为深井及动压巷道高预紧力锚杆支护技术的大力推广奠定了坚实的基础。

Abstract:This paper introduced current abroad and domestic status of pre-tightening force of anchored bolt and analyzed its influence factors.New-style high-efficiency antifriction gasket was developed which could make anchored bolt's pre-tightening force improved over 1 time and reached 50% of yield force of anchored bolt under 300N·m torque moment.This provided good condition for spreading anchored bolt support with high pre-tightening force in deep mine and dynamic pressure roadway.
