新型高水材料巷旁充填沿空留巷技术

摘    要:对新型高水速凝材料特性进行了试验分析,将新型高水材料作为沿空留巷巷旁充填材料,利用水力泵送充填工艺,工艺实施过程中充填袋、锚栓、大型自移式充填支架和充填体位置的确定发挥了关键技术作用。在邯矿集团进行了工业性试验,取得了良好的充填留巷效果,沿空留巷巷旁充填技术的可靠性得到大幅度提高,具有很高的推广应用价值。

Abstract:This paper made characteristic analysis of new high-water-content material by test.This new high-water-content material was used as stowing material for retaining roadway along gob by pumping it to roadway side.Stowing bag,anchor bolt,self advancing support for stowing and stowing body location were the key to the technology.Industrial test in Hankuang Group has made good stowing effect.With this material,reliability of stowing for roadway retained along gob increased and this material has high applicable v...
