摘    要:为实现复杂地质条件下工作面无矸石快速过断层,针对某矿L1615工作面,分析了断层预掘巷清洁开采技术的可行性及其应用条件。并通过计算机数值模拟及优化,分析了工作面预掘巷受采动影响的作用,确定了合理的工作面预掘巷支护方案与支护参数;同时,采用了掘出的矸石与煤的合理“置换”方式。此项技术在灵新矿得到成功应用,可在类似条件工作面推广。

Abstract:Aimed at L1615 working face in a colliery, the feasibility of clean mining technology with advance roadway driving in faults is analyzed to realize that working face pass fast through fault without gangue under the complex geology condition. The influence of mining on the advance roadway of working face is analyzed with numerical simulation and the rational advance supporting method and parameters of working face are confirmed. At the same time, the means of driving gangue in place of coal is taken. Successful application of this technology shows its feasibility in similar working faces.
