摘    要:采用Pro/E三维建模软件构建液压支架三维实体模型,并将其导入到3DSMAX环境进行仿真,解决了3DSMAX建模难题,克服了Pro/E贴图、渲染不足缺点,实现了精确的三维实体模型的虚拟仿真,达到了形象、生动、逼真的预期效果,为下一步工作面综采设备虚拟现实问题的解决创造了条件。

Abstract:Applying 3D modeling software-Pro/E to constructing 3D solid model of powered support and importing it into 3DS MAX environment,this paper dissolved this difficult modeling problem,overcame disadvantage of Pro/E maps and rendering and realized precise virtual simulation of 3D solid model which was visual,vivid and lifelike,which provided condition for constructing virtual reality models of equipments in full-mechanized mining face.
