高支承压力区沿空留巷充填体强化支护的数值模拟研究

摘    要:结合东荣二矿18层右五面沿空留巷具体地质条件和支护工程实践,得出充填支护体承受荷载大且强度低,垂向应力超限而发生破坏,提出加强充填支护体强度和减少荷载的措施。通过FLAC3D进行数值优化,确定强化支护方式参数:缓冲层厚度为200mm;单体支柱排距为0.6m;充填体采用双预应力锚杆钢带强化,锚杆间排距为0.6m×1.0m,锚杆预应力为20kN;充填支护体顶部为水平,并用钢丝网强化。通过分析对比原支护方式和强化支护方式下沿空留巷围岩的稳定性,可以看出强化支护方式提高了充填支护体的强度,减少了充填支护体的变形量,维持了巷道围岩稳定。

Abstract:According to geological condition and supporting practice,this paper believed that stowing supporting body bore large load but had low strength and damaged due to excessive vertical stress.It put forward a suggestion of raising stowing body's strength and reducing load.By numerical simulation with FLAC3D,it obtained following strengthening supporting parameters: buffer layer's thickness was 200mm,row distance of single prop was 0.6m,stowing body was strengthened by double pre-stress anchored bolt and metal band,row distance of anchored bolt was 0.6m×1.0m,pre-stress of anchored bolt was 20kN,top of stowing body was horizontal and strengthened by wire mesh.Analysis of surrounding rock's stability under original supporting and strengthening supporting condition showed that strengthening supporting increased strength of stowing body,reduced its deformation and kept roadway′s stability.
