FCSMC浮选柱提铁降硅工业试验研究

摘    要:以FCSMC浮选柱作为关键反浮选设备, 在鞍钢弓长岭选矿厂进行了磁铁精矿提铁降硅工业试验, 采用一粗二扫工艺流程可使铁精矿品位提高到69.15%, SiO2含量降至4.40%, 铁回收率达到95.81%, 且指标稳定, 流程简化, 证明了该设备的先进性和可靠性。

Abstract:In the commercial tests for iron-increasing and silica-reduction of magnetite concentrates in Gongchangling Mineral Processing Plant of Anshan Steel Group,a flotation column,FCSMC,was used as the main equipment for reverse flotation.Adopting a flowsheet with one-stage of rougher and two stages of scavenger,a concentrate with a iron grade of 69.15% and a iron recovery of 95.81% was obtained,meanwhile,the SiO2 contents in the product was reduced to 4.40%.This simplified flowsheet shows stable performance,whic...
