新型抑制剂RC分离脆硫锑铅矿和磁黄铁矿的研究

摘    要:研究了新型抑制剂RC在脆硫锑铅矿和磁黄铁矿浮选分离中的作用。浮选结果表明,新型有机抑制剂RC能有效抑制磁黄铁矿,对脆硫锑铅矿无明显抑制作用。通过红外光谱分析测定了矿物表面与药剂的吸附产物,进行了RC抑制机理探讨。

Abstract:A new type of inhibitor(RC) was used for separating jamesonite from pyrrhotite. The flotation test showed that RC can inhibit the flotation of pyrrhotite at experimental pH range,but it has no effect on jamesonite.The absorbed material on the surface of minerals and agent have been analyzed and determined with FTIR spectroscopy and also some discussion was made on the inhibiting mechanism of RC.
