摘    要:在低温条件下, 将新型捕收剂XL-2应用于某低品位萤石矿浮选, 采用两段磨矿, 七次精选, 开路试验得到含CaF2 98.59%的精矿产品, 闭路试验得到萤石精矿品位97.82%, 回收率87.26%的选别指标, 显示了XL-2良好的萤石选别效果和较强的抗低温性能。

Abstract:The beneficiation of a low-grade fluorite ore was performed with a new-type of collector XL-2 at low temperature by adopting a technological flowsheet consisting of two stages of grinding and seven stages of cleaning. A fluorite concentrate with CaF2 content of 98.59% was obtained in open-circuit test, while closed-circuit test resulted in the fluorite concentrate with grade of 97.82% CaF2 at a recovery of 87.26%, showing that collector XL-2 can bring favorable effect for fluorite flotation at low temperature.
