摘    要:以四川小麻柳矿山截排洪隧洞工程为例,研究了地下工程开挖过程中不同支护结构对围岩加固的作用效果。采用初期支护、衬砌支护、管棚支护以及注浆支护,运用FLAC3D软件对实际工程支护加固过程进行数值模拟,其中,利用软件自带FISH语言编制程序,将注浆扩散半径与时间计算步长关联,模拟注浆支护的动态加固过程。结果表明,该模型对于动态的浆液扩散过程模拟行之有效,支护工程对隧洞围岩起到明显加固作用,可为相似工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:The interception drainage engineering of Xiaomaliu Mine in Sichuan Province was taken as an example for studying the effects of different supporting structures on surrounding rock reinforcement during the process of underground excavation engineering. FLAC3D software was adopted to conduct numerical simulation for the actual engineering support and reinforcement process by taking measures including initial support, lining support, pipe canopy support and grouting support. As for the grouting support, the diffusion radius for grouting was correlated with calculated time step size by using FISH, a programming language in FLAC3D software, so as to simulate the dynamic reinforcement process by grouting. The simulation results show that this model is effective for simulating the dynamic diffusion process of slurry, showing the supporting engineering can reinforce the surrounding rock of the tunnel. The study can provide practical reference for other similar engineering.
