飞机炭/炭刹车副金属件防锈蚀研究

摘    要:为提高飞机炭/炭刹车副金属件防锈蚀性能,对其进行了QPQ盐浴复合表面渗氮处理。观察了金属件渗氮后的金相组织、硬度梯度变化,并对渗氮后工件抗锈蚀能力作了盐雾实验和分析。结果表明,QPQ技术对飞机炭/炭刹车副金属件表面处理,无论工件强度、抗蚀能力都完全满足飞机刹车时的使用要求。

Abstract:In order to improve the anticorrosive performances of the metal parts of carbon-carbon composite which is used to make aircraft braking system, anticorrosive treatment was performed on the surface of metal parts with QPQ salt bath techniques. The metallographic texture and hardness gradient were analysed after nitriding. Salty fog test was carried out on the nitried metal parts and the anticorrosion ability was investigated. Experimental results show that the strength and anticorrosive ability can meet the application needs by surfacially treating the metal parts of aircraft braking system with QPQ techinique.
