摘    要:工程实践表明, 微差起爆时间是影响掏槽效果的一个重要因素。掏槽孔装药爆破以后, 槽区内的破碎岩石与爆生气体混合并通过槽区口部向槽外抛掷, 工程上要求爆破结束时剩在槽腔内的岩石碎块越少越好。通过分析槽腔内岩石碎块的运动过程, 建立了掏槽爆破微差起爆延期时间计算的力学模型。应用模型对掏槽微差起爆时间进行的优化研究表明, 掏槽微差起爆时间与孔深成正比。

Abstract:The practice has shown that the initiation delay time is an important factor affecting cut blasting effect. After blasting, rock in the cut area is broken. The broken rock pieces are mixed with the explosive gas and is thrown out from the cut cavity. The fewer the rock pieces left in the cut, the better the blasting results. In this paper, the mechanial model of initiation delay time for parallel cut blasting is set up by analysis of rock piece movement in the cut cavity, The model could optimize the initiation delay time. The study has shown that the deeper the blast holes, the longer the initiation delay time.
