摘    要:研究Ce对AZ31镁合金力学性能和显微组织的影响。添加Ce,可以在铸态组织中形成杆状的Al4Ce,并改善退火后组织。合金在最终轧制态下为典型的加工组织,退火后发生了再结晶。添加Ce强化了合金。含铈1.05%的合金在所试验的合金中具有最好的力学性能,轧制态下的抗拉强度为321MPa,延伸率为6.9%;退火后,分别为259MPa和21.8%。

Abstract:Microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy with Ce addition were studied. By Ce addition, Rod-shaped Al4Ce can be formed in the casting structure and the microstructure after annealed can be improved. It is a typical deforming texture after roiled and re-crystallization occurs after annealed. With Ce added, the alloys can be strengthened. Mechanical properties of the alloy with 1.05% Ce are the best of all. As rolled,crb and 8 of this alloy are 321 MPa and 6.9%, and as annealed, those are 259 MPa and 21.8%, respectively.
