ZCLA选矿机在攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿预选抛尾中的应用

摘    要:采用ZCLA选矿机对攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿进行了预选抛尾试验研究。给矿TFe品位29.51%、Ti O2品位10.85%时,经ZCLA预选抛尾,精矿TFe品位可提高2.90个百分点,抛尾产率12.99%,尾矿TFe品位10.08%、Ti O2品位4.62%,m Fe含量仅0.64%,尾矿可作为废石直接排入尾矿库。该工艺为攀枝花低品位钒钛磁铁矿及表外矿的预选抛尾提供了新途径。

Application of ZCLA Concentrator for Preconcentration and Tailings Discarding of Vanadium Titanium Magnetite in Panzhihua
Abstract:ZCLA, a novel type concentrator, was introduced for preconcentration and tailings discarding in processing of vanadium?titanium magnetite from Panzhihua. After preconcentration with ZCLA, the feed ore with TFe and TiO2 grades of 29.51% and 10. 85% respectively has TFe grade up by 2. 90 percentage points, while the tailings with a yield of 12.99% can be disposed as waste rock directly into the tailings pond as the TFe, TiO2 and mFe grades of which were reduced to 10.08%, 4.62% and 0.64%, respectively. This study provides a new tailings?discarding approach for low?grade vanadium?titanium magnetite ore and submarginal resources in Panzhihua.
