焙烧法制备铁酸锌试验研究

摘    要:以分析纯的ZnO和Fe2O3为原料, 采用预处理-焙烧工艺制备铁酸锌, 研究了研磨时间、球径配比、原料配比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等工艺参数的影响。结果表明, 焙烧法制备铁酸锌的优化条件为: 反应物摩尔比1∶1, 装入Φ16.8 mm、25.55 g钢球6个, Φ8.15 mm、3.97 g钢球3个, Φ7.95 mm、3.665 g钢球4个, 转速200 r/min, 球磨预处理0.5 h; 焙烧温度720 ℃, 焙烧时间1 h。此条件下可获得结晶度好、纯度高的铁酸锌产品。

Abstract:With analytic pure ZnO and Fe2 O3 as raw materials, zinc ferrite was prepared by using the technique of pretreatment followed by roasting process. The influences of milling time, ball size proportion, proportion of raw materials, roasting temperature and time on the preparation were investigated. It is found that with the following process conditions, including reactant mole ratio at 1∶1, loading 6 balls (Φ16.8 mm, 25.55 g/each), 3 balls (Φ8.15 mm, 3.97 g/each), 4 balls (Φ7.95 mm, 3.665 g/each), rotating speed at 200 r/min, pretreatment process for 0.5 h, roasting at 720 ℃ for 1 h, the zinc ferrite product with high purity and high crystallinity can be prepared.
