摘 要: | 对某嵌布粒度不均匀的铜铅锌多金属矿进行了选矿试验研究。采用铜铅混选-铜铅分离-尾矿选锌的浮选工艺流程,采用硫化钠作铜铅分离调整剂,可得到含铜19.87%、铜回收率83.46%的铜精矿,含铅54.19%、铅回收率83.57%的铅精矿和含锌52.57%、锌回收率89.39%的锌精矿。矿石中的伴生银大多富集于各浮选精矿中,银在铜、铅和锌精矿中的含量分别为165.2,537.6和15.1 g/t,银总回收率77.19%。各有价金属都得到了很好地回收。

Abstract: | Mineral processing tests were carried out to treat a copper?lead?zinc ore containing disseminated grains of uneven size distribution. A flotation flowsheet composed of Cu?Pb bulk flotation, Cu/Pb separation and Zn flotation from tailings, with Na2 S as regulator, resulted in a copper concentrate with Cu grade and recovery of 19.87% and 83.46%, a lead concentrate with Pb grade and recovery of 54.19% and 83.57%, and a zinc concentrate with Zn grade and recovery of 52.57% and 89.39%, respectively. The associated silver minerals were enriched in the concentrates, with the silver contents in copper, lead and zinc concentrates at 165. 2 g/t, 537. 6 g/t and 15. 1 g/t respectively, a total recovery amounted to 77.19%. With this approach, a comprehensive recovery of valuable elements can be actualized. |
