西藏某铜铅锌多金属矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:对西藏某铜铅锌多金属矿进行了试验研究, 采用铜铅混选再分离-锌浮选工艺, 闭路试验获得了铜品位26.40%、回收率83.75%的铜精矿, 铅品位65.42%、回收率89.50%的铅精矿, 锌品位54.65%、回收率63.01%的锌精矿; 金在铜精矿和铅精矿中的总回收率为56.06%; 银在铜精矿和铅精矿中的总回收率为62.05%。试验采用无毒无污染铜铅分离抑制剂BK556, 为高原生态脆弱地区矿产开发提供了新途径。

Abstract:Experimental study was carried out to recover a Cu-Pb-Zn polymetallic ore from Tibet. A flowsheet including sequentially Cu-Pb bulk flotation, Cu/Pb separation and Zn separation from Cu-Pb bulk flotation tailings was adopted. A copper concentrate with Cu grade and recovery of 26.40% and 83.75%, a lead concentrate with Pb grade and recovery of 65.42% and 89.50%, and a zinc concentrate with Zn grade and recovery of 54.65% and 63.01%, respectively, were obtained from the closed-circuit test. The gold and silver recoveries in the lead and copper concentrates reached 56.06% and 62.05% respectively. A non-toxic and non-pollution depressant, BK556, was used for Cu/Pb separation, which favored the deposit exploration in ecologically fragile tableland districts.
